Wax On

Wax On is a task advancement in the Husbandry tab of Minecraft's advancement system, carrying the in-game description "Apply Honeycomb to a Copper block." It branches directly off Bee Our Guest, so that earlier advancement is its prerequisite and must be earned first. The Husbandry tab covers advancements related to farming, animal breeding, food, and the natural world. Wax On was added in Minecraft 1.17, from the Caves & Cliffs update, and is still in the 26.2 advancement set.

It is rated Easy difficulty on this site: can be completed quickly with minimal resources. Good for beginners. It uses the standard task frame, meaning it is a normal step in the tree rather than a goal or challenge milestone. One further advancement, Wax Off, is gated behind it.
