Have all 13 possible potion effects active simultaneously: Speed, Slowness, Strength, Jump Boost, Regeneration, Fire Resistance, Water Breathing, Invisibility, Night Vision, Weakness, Poison, Slow Falling, and Resistance (from a beacon). Use extended potions and drink them in quick succession.
